AXA Full Coverage

Now when I look back I am really glad I added AXA Full Coverage when I booked on QEEQ because if I had to pay that 300 euro tire damage all by myself I think I would be really mad. The whole thing is finished now. The insurance side has already sent the money and they followed the bill amount so the claim is successful and I finally feel relaxed. If I move a bit back in time my days were kind of wrapped around this claim. Every few days I contacted customer service and kept asking in my head what document is still missing. They explained that the rental company was not very helpful and some papers like the damage report were not complete or did not look right. I was worried and a bit annoyed. I could only push them and also check my own emails and photos to see if I could find anything useful to send. Earlier than that the insurance company was already checking my case and they asked me to confirm the amount and the currency. When I saw that message I felt lighter. At least it meant the case was moving and not stuck. After I confirmed it I checked my email almost every day because I did not want to miss any update. Can you really book a car with just 1 dollar first and not worry too much about money later? I was going to Tirana in Albania on my own and I wanted a Jeep Avenger type manual car. I was a bit worried about my credit card because I like to control my budget. When I saw the One-Dollar Freeze option on QEEQ I was thinking in my head if this is real or if there is some trap. AXA Full Coverage

I will start from the end because that feeling还在我心里. The 690 euro damage bill was finally fully covered and I did not pay anything myself. When I knew that, my whole body relaxed. My shoulders真的放下来了. I just thought I was really lucky that I chose this insurance. I booked the car on QEEQ and picked it up in Tirana, Albania. It was around the evening of May 7, close to ten at night. The sky was dark and the lights outside the airport were a bit yellow. I was alone with my backpack and small suitcase, walking to the otoQ counter. The guy at the counter was friendly. I got a Fiat Tipo with manual gear. I also drive manual in Poland so I felt okay. The car looked a bit old. There were some small scratches. He said they were old ones. I still took some photos, just to be safe. The real problem came near the return day. It was already around May 15. The weather in Tirana was very bright and sunny. I was driving alone in the city. That afternoon I went through a narrow street. Cars were parked on both sides. At one corner I turned the steering wheel a bit too much. Suddenly the car got very close to a parked car. My heart just jumped and I heard a light scratch sound. It was not very loud but my whole body went stiff. My hands were wet. When I stopped and checked, I saw a long mark on the side. My stomach went cold. My first thought was that I was in big trouble. I thought the rental company would ask for a lot of money. When I saw the claim money arrive I felt so relaxed. The charge from the rental company was basically paid back by the insurance. It felt like I got my loss back. What does it feel like to save some money. For me as a young guy who still feels a bit like a student it is that small happy feeling when I think this time it is really a good deal. For a person who travels alone this small thing makes me feel much more at ease.
