The Auckland City office is at 26 Te Taou Crescent, in the old Railway Station building. You can find the old Railway Station by going to the main Spark Arena entrance on Mahuhu Crescent and continuing along the road to the right - the Railway Station is the large red-brick building. Once you are at the old Railway Station, enter through either of the main front doors and continue across the foyer and through the doors at the back. You will then find the rental counter beside the main reception desk.
