Shuttle Bus Instructions COUNTER: Located on the first level, adjacent to the baggage claim area. If the terminal counter is closed, take the shuttle bus to the facility on Belvedere Rd for assistance. (The shuttle drivers are schedule 4AM till 1AM, but they stay until the last flight arrives). If the shuttle doesn't arrive within 10 minutes, call from the courtesy phone at the terminal counter. CARS: Located at our facility at the corner of Belvedere Rd & Florida Mango Rd, just north of the airport. (Approx. a 4 minute ride via our shuttle bus.) RETURNS: Follow signs for car rental return. Cars are returned to 2005 Belvedere Rd but customers should use the Florida Mango Rd entrance since it is open 24 hours. AFTER-HOURS RETURNS: Park & lock the car. Place the completed contract & the keys in the Drop Box located in the Returns area. Remember to take your personal belongings with you.

After picking up your luggage at the baggage claim area, please proceed to the doors leading outside that are next to the car rental counters. Once outside proceed to the center island where the car rental shuttle will arrive. Buses run every 10 minutes. Once the Hertz shuttle bus arrives it will take approximately 5 minutes to the facility located off airport. Once you arrive at the Hertz office, you will proceed either directly to your stall (if you have confirmation email), to the Gold board area (if gold member), or to the main office to process your reservation if non-gold member.
