Exit the sliding glass doors near Carousel #1 or #15 and walk to one of the two designated rental car shuttle bus stops. Shuttle buses depart frequently for the rental car facility. Upon arrival to the facility, please proceed to the Enterprise counter to obtain your rental agreement and vehicle keys. Self-service kiosks at this location can make your rental transaction quick and easy. Please note that there is ongoing construction that is creating delays coming and going from the rental car facility. Please give yourself extra time while traveling at the Sea-Tac rental car facility.

National Car Rental is located in the Consolidated Rental Car Facility. Follow signs to the baggage claim area, then follow the signs to the Rental Car Facility shuttle located out the sliding glass doors near carousel #1 and #15. Upon departing the shuttle on the top floor of the facility, please proceed to the counter inside the lobby. All Emerald Club members may bypass the counter and proceed directly to the rental vehicles, located one floor below the lobby. Take the escalator or elevator to the right of the lobby down one level to find the Emerald Aisle. Return to Facility Directions Follow signs to the Seattle Tacoma International Airport (SeaTac), then follow signs to RENTAL CAR RETURN. All rental car returns will be handled at the Consolidated Rental Car Facility. Shuttle service returning to the airport will be provided. Please note that there is ongoing construction that is creating delays coming and going from the Rental Car Facility. The consolidated Rental Car Facility is located 3150 South 160th Street The car lot is located on the third floor of the consolidated Rental Car Facility. Gold customers and customers arriving by flight: please board the shuttle bus at the designated pickup point to the consolidated Rental Car Facility (7-10 minutes ride) and take the escalator to level 3. Two passenger pick-up areas are located outside baggage claim at the north and south ends of the main terminal.
