When I think about my Norway rental now, my first feeling is that I am really glad I bought AXA Full Coverage. There was some time in the middle when I started to feel a bit anxious. I kept thinking that this big amount might just be gone. My bank showed that I paid 423.27 euro and I really wanted to get that back, or my trip budget would be broken. One thing that made me feel safer was that they checked the details with the repair side and found that one part of the cost was for the tire itself and the rest was for the work to change the tire. As a normal tourist I could not find all this by myself, so I just waited while they did the checking. When they told me the claim would follow what I really paid and that I could get 423.27 euro back, I finally felt relaxed. I only needed to give the right information they asked for, like my bank info in India, and they continued to handle the payment. When it was confirmed that the money could be sent to my account, I felt a big weight leave my chest. I had only one thought in my mind. If I did not buy this insurance, I would feel sad about this cost for a long time. For me the most real feeling in this whole thing is that I was not alone when something bad happened in a foreign country. The flat tire was already annoying and then there was this big bill. Without AXA Full Coverage returning this money, this rental experience would become a very bad memory. Now even though there were some steps and some waiting, in the end I truly got my money back and that is very important for a visitor like me who still has a student style budget.
