"Hey this price looks lower." That was my first thought when I was scrolling on my phone. I booked my car on QEEQ for a day in Valencia at the end of May and picked a small car from OK Mobility something like a Peugeot 108. When I made the first booking the price was fine for me so I did not think too much. A bit later I saw an email about a charge and the amount looked a bit different. It was a little less than what I remembered. I thought maybe my memory was bad so I checked my old bill. Then I saw a small refund in the middle. I went back to my booking and found out it was because I had chosen Price Drop Protector. They noticed that the price went down and they made a new booking for me and sent the price difference back to me. I was a bit worried at first. I thought maybe the car would change after the new booking. But the car group was still the same and the pick up and drop off place did not change. Only the price was lower than my first booking so I felt like I got free money. I did nothing in this whole thing. I just booked as normal and later they did everything on their side and I only saw the result on my bill. For someone like me who is still young and counts every euro this small refund felt pretty nice. It was like I suddenly got a little extra pocket money.
