I was really upset at first because when I went to pick up the car, they gave me a Kia Carnival instead of the Hyundai Staria I booked. I specifically chose the Staria because it’s spacious and new, which is more comfortable for my kids. I felt cheated and very uncomfortable about it. So I immediately contacted their support and explained my situation. The support team responded quickly and told me that the two cars are actually in the same category with no difference. I was still a bit unhappy because it wasn’t the car I wanted. Later, they offered me a coupon as compensation. Although it didn’t start well, I think their customer service was really responsible and quick, and at least it made me feel the issue was taken seriously.
