This car rental experience started as a real headache. On the day of pickup, I arrived at the rental point in Hahn, Germany, with my kids, expecting everything to go smoothly. However, the staff at the counter informed me that the AXA Full Coverage I purchased in advance through QEEQ was not recognized. They insisted I purchase additional insurance and also charged a fuel deposit. This situation was frustrating, but I had no choice but to comply to avoid delaying our plans. Later, I realized they charged me $107.10 for what they called 'reduced deductible insurance' and even recharged the rental fee of $62.53. These extra costs felt unreasonable, so I immediately reached out to the platform’s customer service for help. The customer service team was very patient, listened to my concerns, and promptly started an investigation. They followed up with the supplier multiple times, verified the situation, and kept me updated throughout. Although the process was a bit complicated, their attitude made me feel reassured. In the end, the supplier confirmed my booking was not used due to a credit card issue and agreed to issue a full refund. This resolution brought me relief and left me very impressed with their service.
