Wypożyczyliśmy samochód w Los Angeles, a w Parku Narodowym Grand Teton jeleń uszkodził lusterko boczne. W parku nie było zasięgu, dopiero po dojechaniu do miasteczka West Yellowstone złapaliśmy sygnał. Dzięki QEEQ udało się skontaktować z Dollar, a na lotnisku w Bozeman mogliśmy wymienić samochód. Następnego dnia pojechaliśmy na lotnisko i dokonaliśmy wymiany, obsługa była całkiem przyzwoita. Później została pobrana kwota 600 dolarów, myśleliśmy, że to koszt naprawy, ale nigdy nie przysłali rachunku za naprawę. Po powrocie do kraju, dzięki pomocy QEEQ skontaktowaliśmy się z Dollar w USA – okazało się, że była to opłata za dodatkowe ubezpieczenie i paliwo, mimo że odstaliśmy samochód z pełnym bakiem i nie wspomniano o żadnym dodatkowym ubezpieczeniu w wypożyczalni. Ostatecznie, dzięki interwencji QEEQ, pieniądze zostały zwrócone. Wielki plus dla QEEQ!
