If arriving by plane, you will find us one level below the arrival level. After leaving the security area in Arrivals 1, turn right until you reach the stairs and elevators. In Arrivals 2, turn left after the security area until you reach the stairs and elevators. Go down one level to Level U1. After leaving the elevator, you will find us on the right-hand side. At the end of the stairs, turn around and after approximately 100 yards you will find us on the left-hand side. If arriving by train or subway, take the stairs or elevators to go up one level to Level U1. After leaving the elevator, you will find us on the right-hand side. At the end of the stairs, look out for the elevators in front of you and behind you. You will find us on the left-hand side of the left of the three elevators. If you find yourself on one of the staircases which ends outside the terminal, please follow the instructions for arrival by car or bus. If arriving by car or bus, enter the terminal via Willy-Brandt-Platz on the ground floor. Inside the terminal go straight and after 200 yards, you will find us on the left-hand side next to the elevators. For arrivals in Terminal 5, please follow signs to the car rental center.
