Upon arrival at the location, please proceed inside the lobby and an agent will assist you. Upon completion of your rental agreement, you will be directed to your zone where you can select the vehicle of your choice. The shuttle meets all flights arriving during Budget hours of operation. The shuttle is not available for later flights or flights delayed after closing time. VEHICLES: Located at 2600 Richmond Highway, Arlington VA 22202. RETURNS: Proceed to 2600 Richmond Highway, Arlington VA 22202. Returns opens at 4:30AM. COUNTER: WALK-UP RENTERS/LOCAL RENTERS: Book your reservation for and proceed to the nearest Budget location at this address: Fashion Center at Pentagon City, 1100 S Hayes St., Arlington, VA 22202. AFTER-HOURS RETURNS: The return lot is staffed starting at 4:30 AM for rental car returns. The Budget shuttle bus also operates to take customers to the terminal. After-hours returns are not allowed between closing time & 4:30 AM.
