Shuttle Bus Instructions COUNTER: From all terminals, proceed to baggage claim area & through the outside doors. There is a designated "Rental Car Pick Up" area. Wait for the shuttle bus, which will transport customers to the rental site on airport property. CARS: Vehicles are on the rental site, which is about 3 miles or approximately 5 minutes from the terminal. RETURNS: Same as pick-up. AFTER-HOURS RETURNS: Park the car inside our secured lot.
