Airport Terminal Instructions COUNTER: AIRLINE PASSENGERS: Proceed to the Budget counter in the baggage claim area. WALK-UP RENTERS: Follow airport signs for "Arrivals" or "Baggage Claim". They will lead to the baggage claim area entrance. Proceed inside to locate the Budget counter. CARS: Rental cars are located on the East side of the terminal within a short walking distance. RETURNS: Same as pick-up. AFTER-HOURS RETURNS: Key Drop Box Available. Charges May Apply. The key drop box is located at the Budget counter inside the terminal. The airport terminal is locked from 11:00 PM - 4:00 AM for security reasons, so after-hours returns are only possible after 4:00 AM. How it Works: Customer can fill out contract and drop keys inside the drop box located at the location. Lock the vehicle and place the keys and contract in the key drop box. The box is labeled Budget After Hours Returns. Don't forget to remove all your belongings from the vehicle prior to returning the keys. A vehicle that is returned after hours will not be checked in until the next business day. If returning after hours when a location is closed, the customer is responsible for the vehicle until the satisfactory check in of the rental vehicle the next business day.
