Customers picking up at Roissy Charles de Gaulle Airport must provide a local landline telephone number and a valid boarding pass or mainline train ticket showing arrival at Roissy Charles de Gaulle Airport within 24 hours of the rental start date. Please note that we reserve the right to request additional ID or conduct further identification checks if needed which may include an identity check with an external organisation. Customers picking up at Charles de Gaulle Airport must provide flight itinerary or boarding pass showing arrival & departure. Local train tickets from Paris cannot be accepted. Our counters are situated in Terminal 2D and Terminal 1. For Terminal 2D: When arriving from Terminal 2E/F/G or by TGV, please follow the signs to Terminal 2D until you arrive at the rental area- Location de voitures. The counter is situated inside the terminal building. For Terminal 1, upon exiting the baggage claim area you will find our counter to the right. Please note if your reservation is for a minibus (9-seater), you will need to collect this from Terminal 2D due to height restrictions.
