For delays exceeding 2 hours during regular business hours (8:00 AM - 8:00 PM), a fee of ¥2,000 per hour will be charged (any fraction of an hour counts as a full hour). Delays under 2 hours incur a ¥3,000 fee. 2. For pickups outside business hours (outside 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM), a 5,000 yen fee will be charged. If you cannot strictly adhere to the designated pickup time, please contact us by the day before. ETC cards require advance reservation and incur a rental fee of ¥1,000 per day. Please note that early returns before the scheduled return time are non-refundable. The ETC card includes a 30,000 yen security deposit, requiring a 30,000 yen cash prepayment. The balance will be checked upon return, and any surplus will be refunded. Therefore, the total amount payable is the rental fee plus the 30,000 yen security deposit. If you need to change your return time, please contact us by the day before.

Only A6-sized 1949 IDP is supported for picking up the car.
