When I sent the final invoice to my company finance team they saw the lower price and it was easier to explain the trip cost. I know that if I had used another site I would not go back to search again and try to find a cheaper option. I also would not want to redo the whole booking by myself. For me this Price Drop Protector is like someone watching the price for me. When the price drops they switch my booking and I can keep focusing on my work. I only saw that money came back to my account and then I realized I saved a bit without doing anything.
