I need to complain a bit first. Traveling with kids is already tiring and I really do not want to stare at car rental prices every day. I booked a car in Bergamo Italy on QEEQ. I planned to pick up the car on July 7 in the morning around eight and return it on July 10 also in the morning. The car was a Peugeot 208 automatic from Wheego. It is a small car and it fits my family quite well. When I made the booking I was thinking that the price should be like this and if it drops later I probably will not have time to change anything. I have to take care of my kid every day and I do not want to keep checking prices. After some time I got an email saying that because of Price Drop Protector my rental price went down. They already made a new booking with the cheaper price and they would send me the refund of the difference. I was a bit confused and my inner voice was saying what I did nothing and I already saved money. Then I checked the new booking details. It was still the same rental company the same car and the same times. Only the total price was a few euro lower than before. I felt really relaxed like I earned money for free. For a parent with kids saving even a small amount is important. Those euro can buy ice cream for my kid or a small souvenir. I did not need to do any extra work. I just read the email. I also compared the old booking number and the new one and saw it was really updated. It felt like they were watching the price for me all the time. I only mention Price Drop Protector once here but this one experience already made me remember it. In that moment I felt that choosing QEEQ was a good idea because they cared about saving money even more than I did.
