The pickup and return place and time did not change. Only the price was better than before. I did not need to call the rental counter. I did not need to explain anything. For me it was like the same booking but with a lower cost in the end. Customer support only sent a simple email to tell me that the difference was refunded. It was very easy to understand. As someone who flies a lot for work this experience made me feel a bit more relaxed about booking cars. If the price drops I do not lose out and maybe I get a small surprise like this time. It was enough to pay for a business lunch.
