On my side I did nothing at all. I just wait to pick up the car on June 13 and drive around Rovaniemi until the 15th. When I found out they already saved me money it felt like finding a small red envelope. No hard steps no strange rules. It quietly made my booking cheaper. This Price Drop Protector feels like a little cheat tool running in the background. I do not need to watch the price they do it for me and just let me know by sending the refund. For someone traveling alone it is a really nice way to save money and it gave my trip a very good surprise before I even got on the plane.
