Shuttle to rental counter and cars.【Tips】 LaGuardia Airport (LGA) is currently under major construction. Upon arrival, please proceed to the upper level, which is the level above baggage claim. At the upper-level shuttle area, you should take the Port Authority bus service. This bus will take you to the Marine Terminal where you should transfer to the Budget shuttle that will then take you to our rental location.

This airport has been undergoing a major renovation which prevents our Hertz shuttle busses from coming to pick you up at Terminals B, C and D. In case you aren’t familiar with this airport, we wanted to reach out and provide you with some information that may be useful in navigating your way to our facility. If your flight is arriving at Terminal A: Proceed outside to the right, the Hertz shuttle bus will take you to the facility from there. If your flight is arriving at Terminal B or C: Proceed outside from baggage claim to catch the Port Authority shuttle bus which will take you to Terminal A. If your flight is arriving at Terminal D: Proceed outside from baggage claim and head right toward Terminal C. From there you can follow instructions listed above. Things to keep in mind: Most signage in the terminals do not mention Rental car. When you get off your flight you will want to follow signs for Shuttles and busses, or Ground transportation as depicted below. If this type of signage does not become evident right away head towards Baggage claim. Please make sure to read the pillars and signage outside of baggage claim. There are different waiting points for taxi/ car service, shuttles, and MTA. When waiting for your shuttle bus, please make sure to read the message displayed on the front of the bus. You want to make sure you get on one that goes to ALL TERMINALS. If you're not sure you can ask the driver or one of the Port Authority attendants outside.

The shuttle bus will take you directly to the rental facility. Terminal B Please follow signs for “Ground Transportation.” This will be located on the bottom level, one level below baggage claim. Please proceed to pillar number 5 where the signs state “Shuttle Pick Up” A shared National/Alamo/Enterprise branded bus will take you directly to the rental facility. If you decide to walk from terminal B: The facility is a 10-15 minute walk from terminal B, depending on airport traffic this could save you a lot of travel time. Airport Terminal Instructions LaGuardia Airport (LGA) is still under construction. Please advise all customers to expect delays getting to and from our facility. Customers should allow extra time before their flight for return back to the airport. The Port Authority will have signage throughout LGA to help customers. As of February 2, 2023, rental car shuttles have returned to terminal frontage for customer pickup and drop-off. COUNTER: AIRLINE PASSENGERS MARINE AIR TERMINAL (TERMINAL A): Arriving customers will proceed through the lobby and to the first curb the rental car common bus waiting area for the Avis shuttle bus. The Avis shuttle bus will take customers to the Avis car rental facility where customers will proceed to the Avis counter. (TERMINAL B): On the arrivals level proceed to the first curb between Rental car shuttle bus between numbers 4 and 6. The Avis shuttle bus will take customers to the Avis Car Rental Facility where customers will proceed to the Avis counter. (Terminal C): On the arrivals level proceed out to the first curb marked Rental car shuttle the Avis bus will meet you there then take you to the Avis counter. WALK-UP RENTERS/LOCAL RENTERS - Follow airport signs for Rental Car Return. They will lead to the Avis vehicle rental lot. Proceed inside to the counter. VEHICLES: Located approximately 1.5 miles from the airport at the Car Rental Facility. RETURNS: Same as pick-up. Look for the "Car Rental Return" signs. All returning customers will be taken from the Car Rental Facility back to the terminals. AFTER-HOURS RETURNS: Office is open 24 hours.
